Rebecca is an experienced HR leader and executive coach, specializing in building high-performing teams and aligning people strategies with business success. She works closely with CEOs and leadership teams to design and implement full-cycle people programs that foster workplace cultures grounded in growth, belonging, and care.


Rebecca brings experience across diverse industries, with expertise in leadership development, culture strategy, and organizational design. She holds a business degree from Concordia University and is a certified executive coach, having completed certification from Howard University. She is known for translating complex business challenges into actionable HR solutions, crafting innovative workshops, and leading strategic initiatives that enhance employee experience and performance.
